The Khokon Charitable Foundation was established in 2007 by members of the M&J Group in memory of their brother Abdus Salam Khokon to help the people of Sirajganj. KCF positively impacts the lives of those living in rural areas with limited resources through a range of social initiatives. For nearly two decades, it has been active in the village of Haluakandi where the patriarch of the M&J Group Alhaz Mofiz Uddin Talukder was born.

  • Interest-free loans support those seeking the funds to start their own business or trade without the savings or collateral to do so
  • KCF allocates a provision of teacher and staff salaries and a monthly student stipend for several schools in Sirajganj

Jahanara Nursing College (JNC) was established in 2019 and provides aspiring students affordable nursing education. JNC is approved by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and affiliated with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council and Rajshahi Medical University. The college offers campus-based programs in collaboration with Erasmus University Rotterdam to produce quality nurses with world-class skills.
